1. Can I return this product if I have worn them?
   Yes of course you return them so long as they have not been worn outdoors. Please ensure that you return them in the original packaging and condition.


2. Do you stock half sizes?
   Unfortunately we do not stock half sizes, we however suggest you order a size up if you are in between sizes.


3. How can I ensure that the size I order fits as all makes and brands fit differently?
   We have a no quibble money back guarantee policy within 28 days of you receiving your order. So long as the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging you are entitled to an exchange or refund.


4. Are they leather throughout?
   These have a leather upper with a man made sole for extra grip and durability.


5. How can I protect the leather and maintain these shoes?
   It is recommended that you apply a water repellent shoe protector on a regular basis to form an invisible barrier and protect your shoes against liquids and stains.

When should I expect delivery?

Provided the items are in stock, Standard Delivery to mainland UK is 3-5 working days and costs £4.99. Next Day Express Delivery to mainland UK is £3 more at £7.99 (In stock orders will be despatched same day if ordered before 3pm on a working day).

To Northern Ireland, Highlands and Scottish Islands can take 6 working days and costs £6.99

To the Channel Islands, it can take 6 working days and costs of £14.99.

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
