My main problem is Raynaud�s Syndrome which I have in both my hands. I also do suffer with mild fibromyalgia in both my knees. What I observed is that the gel starts working within 10 minutes. It has aided my circulation, reduced the stiffness in my hands, loosened up my left frozen shoulder and also helps with daily aches and pains.
